Our Hair Consultation with Scalp Analysis is a personalized wellness experience designed to evaluate the health of your hair and scalp before any service. Using our professional-grade microscopic scalp analysis system, we examine your scalp and follicles at a high-definition level—far beyond what the naked eye can see. This state-of-the-art imaging technology allows us to assess your scalp environment, follicle health, and hair growth patterns with precision and accuracy. We identify concerns such as dryness, buildup, thinning, breakage, or scalp sensitivity. What This Experience Includes During your session, we will: ✔️ Perform high-resolution microscopic imaging of your scalp ✔️ Analyze follicle activity, circulation, and scalp condition ✔️ Detect buildup, inflammation, dryness, or imbalances ✔️ Evaluate strand strength and density ✔️ Identify early signs of thinning or breakage ✔️ Review your hair history, lifestyle, and goals ✔️ Design a customized hair wellness blueprint You will see your scalp in real time and gain professional insight into exactly what your hair needs to grow, flourish, and retain length. This consultation ensures that every service you receive is tailored specifically to your hair’s needs—promoting long-term health, strength, and growth. Includes: hair and scalp analysis, product recommendations, and style discussion. Duration: 20–30 minutes Booking Policy: A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee / Deposit A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost and must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay 50% - 100% of the service before rebooking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure your full service experience. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their booking fee. Payments The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Hair Spa Oasis accepts cash, and card. All tips should be paid directly to your stylist via cash,cash app, apple pay,and zelle . By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
