This luxury service focuses on enhancing your natural beauty with a personalized style plan that complements your dress, theme, and vision for the day. Your package includes: ✨ Bridal Consultation & Trial Run – to perfect your desired wedding-day look. ✨ Wedding Day Hairstyling – includes prep, style, and finishing details for long-lasting wear. ✨ Scalp & Hair Prep Treatment – ensures healthy, smooth, and manageable hair. ✨ (Optional Add-ons) – bridal party styling, extensions, touch-up services, or on-site travel options. Ideal for: brides seeking a customized, stress-free, and luxurious hair experience on their special day. Duration: varies based on selected services and party size. Booking Policy: A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure your wedding date and trial appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total package balance. Full salon staff will be provided for your big day. Mileage rate $0.90 per mile
Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee / Deposit A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost and must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay 50% - 100% of the service before rebooking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure your full service experience. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their booking fee. Payments The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Hair Spa Oasis accepts cash, and card. All tips should be paid directly to your stylist via cash,cash app, apple pay,and zelle .
